Iles and Fletcher join Golley Slater London as creative directors
Golley Slater has appointed Marcus Iles and Jason Fletcher as creative directors of their London office. They arrive from Proximity London where they were board creative partners.
Their appointment marks a new push for Golley Slater in London, which is building a modernised communications agency for clients who recognise the change in media landscape and consumer behaviour. With an established, full service, creative offering and London’s creative directors now in place, Golley Slater will consolidate their position as an integrated agency specialising in digital transformation.
John Kinder, managing director of digital at Golley Slater commented: “We’ve had a strong full service offering for years with clients such as the COI and Center Parcs. Now we’ve got a credible London demonstration of creative ability through the line that matches our specialism in PR, advertising, DM, web build, search, social media and media planning and buying.”
Marcus and Jason have worked principally on integrated campaigns and accounts for the last four years, winning Cannes, Precision Marketing, NMA, DMA, IDM and Campaign Big awards, among others, for their work on clients such as Royal Mail, BBC and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
Jason Fletcher, comments on his new role: “It’s a great time for Golley Slater. They are consistently winning new business and our job will be to push this even further as we continue to establish their creative offer in London.”
Marcus Iles adds: “It’s amazing to see the flexibility that an agency as established as Golley Slater can have. It means we can match skills from search and social, through to traditional advertising. Together we can help clients to increase sales overnight and build brands and reputation over time.”
